The sintered stone is made of selected clay, quartz and feldspar. After proper and optimized proportioning, crushing, pressing and molding with a press with a pressure of more than 10,000 tons, and baking at a high temperature of 1280 degrees, a large-size new porcelain panel is formed.
Although the hardness and strength of quartz are enough, the design and color are relatively simple, and the pattern of the sintered stone is printed by ink jet. It not only imitates marble very realistically, but also has rich design and color, texture and natural texture.
The Mohs hardness of the sintered stone itself can reach 6~9 grades, and its glaze ratio is better, and the firing time is stricter. Therefore, compared with ceramic tiles, it has fewer pores on the surface, and better performances such as stain resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
Quartz stone should be used indoor, such as kitchen countertops, bathroom and vanity top, where are not be exposed to direct sunshine.
